Frances Ridlehoover brings a perspective to Jensen + Partners projects that comes from broad expertise in healthcare operations and planning developed over more than 25 years of strategic and operational leadership. Her experience encompasses academic medicine, community hospitals, research and education, and the medical device industry and was developed in both the for-profit and not-for-profit environments. This broad healthcare expertise allows Jensen + Partners to offer unparalleled integration of capital planning initiatives and operational imperatives.

Frances spent 25 years at UCLA, six of those as Chief Operating Officer of the UCLA Medical Center and Hospital System. As COO Frances directed operations; guided financial performance, regulatory oversight, and quality control; and coordinated services with academic programs and physician practices. She also led master planning, facility development and operational transition for two replacement hospitals and numerous renovation projects.
