Located next to Dodger Stadium near downtown Los Angeles, Barlow Respiratory Hospital is a long-term acute care hospital that started as a tuberculosis sanitarium in the nineteenth century. Jensen + Partners is helping reposition Barlow for the 21st century by planning a new wellness and healthy living community that will take advantage of the dramatic ravine setting of its 26-acre site in support of Barlow’s new replacement hospital facility. Barlow’s healthy living community will incorporate design features reflecting a healthy lifestyle:
