Jensen + Partners provided owner’s representative and construction management services from the bid period through construction of the shell and core for this new cancer treatment facility. The project is a four-story building with three linear accelerator vaults, space for treatment facilities for cancer patients, and public spaces. The second floor has a meditative, outdoor garden with water fountains and streams.

The building is on a constricted site bounded tightly by adjacent medical facilities and other construction projects. The project was completed substantially ahead of schedule and within budget.
