Alan Merson has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, planning and managing technically challenging complex projects. Alan spent 26 years with Morley Builders, a general contractor based in Santa Monica, CA. His experience with Morley included field operations, project management, estimating, establishing and running Morley's first seismic and historic restoration efforts.
Recently, Alan has worked as Owners Representative with Freeman Group, Inc. and continued working on complex and challenging projects that included providing pre-construction services on a new 200-room hotel in West Hollywood, a 25-story condominium tower in West Los Angeles, expansion and renovation of a private school in Hollywood, site development and expansion of a major hotel in Beverly Hills, as well as the renovation and expansion of the historic Beverly Hills Post Office to become the Annenberg Cultural Center of Beverly Hills.
