
Ann is currently the principal Construction Manager for CHW’s Northridge Hospital Diagnostic &Treatment Center’s $26MM Seismic Upgrade Project. This project requires her strategic management of Architect, Engineering and General Contractor teams, as well as her working knowledge of OSHPD and the hospital’s User Groups, to keep the essential facility operating smoothly during the 27-month construction project. At Century City Doctors Hospital, Ann served as Construction Manager for Phase I, a $100MM renovation of the largest physician-owned hospital in the country, which opened in October 2005. On the project, Ann was responsible for managing general contractors as well as abatement, equipment and signage contractors to keep this project on a 12-month fast-track schedule.
Ann also worked on the development of Los Angeles Orthopaedic Hospital’s Master Campus Reconstruction Plan. She created a Space Planning Study for their Lowman Building and served as Construction Manager for the Close Out Phase of their new Outpatient Services Center, which was completed ahead of schedule and under budget.
A project and construction manager with a diversified background in design and construction, Ann has also served as Construction Manager for multi-family residential developments and entertainment production service facilities throughout the Los Angeles area. Other responsibilities have included program development for university bio-science parks.
