
Frances brings over twenty-five years of broad experience in the healthcare industry to her leadership at Jensen + Partners as Managing Partner. Her strategic and operational leadership encompasses academic medicine, community hospitals, research and education, and the medical device industry and was developed in both the for-profit and not-for-profit environments.
Frances spent 25 years at UCLA, six of those as Chief Operating Officer of the UCLA Medical Center and Hospital System, which includes four hospitals and ambulatory care services. Her responsibilities included financial and operational performance, quality and regulatory oversight and coordination of services with academic programs and physician practices. Frances served as principal-in-charge of master planning, facility development and operational transition for major capital projects, including two replacement hospitals and numerous complex renovation projects.
Frances also served as Vice President, Operations for Karl Storz Endoscopy, a global company that develops, manufactures and distributes minimally invasive surgical devices and advanced integration systems for operating rooms. Her responsibilities included developing partnerships in research and education to further the development of innovative devices and procedures.
