
Thomas is a registered architect and leads Jensen + Partners’ architectural management activities, which includes technical programming, design and master planning activities strategy.
Through the integrative and inclusive documentation review of user objectives needs and physical opportunity, project feasibility and potential are determined. Space plans, engineering analysis, budgeting, schedule and architectural vision are combined to provide institutional leadership with an optimized project recommendation. Tom works closely with users to understand their budgets, space programs and physical image requirements. He oversees architect selection and all phases of the design process.
