Sarah Jensen formed Jensen + Partners in 2002 with a new business model in mind — to offer services typically not available from a single source that would give institutional and other facilities owners the equivalent of a dedicated in-house design and construction staff, and more. This business model has continued to evolve, building on the firm’s broadening experience with healthcare, research, and other planning and implementation projects to include healthcare strategy, land use planning and funding strategy. Since inception, Jensen + Partners has grown from a single Los Angeles office to a national healthcare planning and program management firm with four regional offices and projects in 18 states.
A licensed architect, licensed contractor, and LEED-certified professional, Sarah believes that each client has unique needs and this it is critical to individualize the services offered so that they address specific client needs from early concept visioning all the way through construction and occupancy. From this philosophy comes the firm’s identity, Empowering Project Owners.
