In 2005, City of Hope’s Bone Marrow Transplant Unit moved from the first floor of the Familian Building into the new Helford Hospital. Jensen + Partners is converting the former Familian Bone Marrow Transplant Unit into a biomedical research laboratory for the Beckman Research Institute. The project is an interior redesign and build out, and an MEP infrastructure upgrade.
