Thomas Yang leads Jensen + Partners’ architectural design activities, ranging from physical master planning and technical programming to architect selection and all phases of project management. Tom works closely with owners to understand their operational vision and opportunities present in campus land use and building inventory. His work in campus planning focuses on place creation, imageability, clear wayfinding and municipal entitlements. In technical facility assessment for new and existing structures he leads in development of seismic safety, infrastructure modernization, and project budget development. Tom collaborates with J + P operational planners to solve space utilization challenges to uncover innovative, cost effective and future focused facility solutions.
